- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom or backordered items may require additional processing time. We will notify you if delays are expected.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Authority to Leave (ATL)
By default, most orders are delivered with Authority to Leave. This means your parcel may be left in a safe place if you’re not home.
If you prefer signature on delivery, please specify this at checkout or contact us promptly after placing your order.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- Damaged Parcels: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, contact us immediately at contact@ampaday.com with photos so we can assist you.
- Lost Parcels: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
- Courier Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, but we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues.

While our primary focus is Australia, we can arrange international shipping upon request.
